Voice of Chancellor

Corona disease, with all the challenges and opportunities that it created in the world and caused the deaths of more than 7 million people in the world and 146 thousand people in Iran, finally came under control. The experiences and insights from this outbreak and its analysis can help us and future generations be fully prepared to deal with possible forthcoming pandemics. In our country, different entities, including the army, the government, and the people, came together to deal with this disease. This virus cannot be discussed just from the perspective of medicine and health. In this pandemic, other variables including cultural, social, political, economic, and security must be taken into account. In order to take advantage of and disseminate these experiences, it appears that a national conference is necessary. All the scientists, researchers, and students are humbly invited to participate in this conference to provide a platform for mutual thinking, the exchange of ideas, and the acquisition of the best experiences and insights in order to draw on and present policies and solutions to deal with the forthcoming pandemics.
